if those people who are living in Canada but they are speaking Balochi and they are keeping up their culture and their language. Thus, we have no authority to call them Canadian. They are Baloch whether they are living in Balochistan or Canada. Likewise please don’t mingle nations in boundaries.

If you are saying that a person who is a migrant and living in Sindh is a Sindhi. How will you prove it because if a Sindhi has been living in Dubai since many generations, obviously he is a Sindhi because he cannot be an Arab.
