سڀ کان پهريان control panel کي کوليو
هاڻي sound and audio devices کي سليڪٽ ڪيو
هاڻي sounds تي ڪلڪ ڪريو
هاڻي program events select start window
then select Bismillah or any other sound which you have saved in your pc
(you can pick sound of Bismillah from google)
now restart your pc
and you will hear your selected sound.
similarly you can select differnt sounds for logging on and off.
and also for shutdown
