مان پنهنجو مسئلو انگريزي ۾ ان ڪري پيش ڪري رهيو آهيان ته جيئن خالص ٽيڪنيڪل مسئلو متان پنهنجي زبان (سنڌي) ۾ بيان نه ڪري سگهان۔۔۔
تجربي طور مون سنڌي فونٽ ۾ ڊيٽا ماءِ ايس ڪيو ايل ۾ شامل ڪئي۔۔۔ پر جڏهن اها پي ايڇ پي ۾ آئي ته سنڌي يونيڪوڊ بجاءِ سوال مارڪ (؟) وانگر ظاهر ٿي۔۔
ايتري تائين جو مون ڊيٽابيس ٺاهڻ وقت پڻ يونيڪوڊ يوٽي ايف8 چونڊيو هيو۔۔۔ مهرباني ڪري رهنمائي ڪريو۔۔۔

Sir, I am putting my query in english to make my question clear, as what i am going to ask is pure technical and i may not be able to narrate my problem in my native language, i.e. Sindhi..
Sir, for testing purpose i inserted data in sindhi font in mysql database, but while fetching data in PHP, i only get question marks instead of sindhi (unicode) text.
Even I Mysql Charset is set to Unicode UTF-8, but i am not able to fetch data properly, but only question marks..
